About Panbriacone
This holiday dessert is much like a classic Italian Panettone with one delightful addition: the dried sultanas and grapes on the inside are soaked with the Italian cordial, Vin Santo. For a moist, delicate and yes, a slightly heady flavor, you’ll taste why it’s earned the nickname, “drunken cake.”
